Schweizer’s Ergo Mobil is a hand-held LED magnifier primarily designed for people with low vision, as well as many other common magnifying tasks. Made in Germany, it features a round 70mm/3″ aspheric lens giving a sharp, distortion-free view over any subject. It will magnify 3x original size, enough extra enlargement to make reading text in books, letters and newspapers just that little bit easier.

Bright LED with booster

A 4-chip SMD LED provides high performance, homogenous neutral white light. Two brightness settings control illumination, enabling you to boost the output in low-light conditions. The LED consumes minimal energy so the three AAA batteries (supplied) that power the Ergo Mobil will last for some time. Users with poor hand articulation will welcome the easy-change battery compartment, which feeds you back an audible click so you know that it’s been shut properly.

Ergonomic design for comfort

Comfortable to hold, its smart white/charcoal body incorporates an ergonomic handle with soft touch section for a secure, but relaxed grip. An integral lanyard loop enables a cord to be added if required. Keep the lens clean by storing it in the microfiber bag supplied, which also doubles as a polishing cloth.
