This elegant, slimline magnifier has a retractable aspheric lens, which slides out from its casing at the push of a button. This means that when the magnifier is not in use, you can keep the lens hidden from view, and protected from dust or scratches. With the lens inside the casing, it measures around 4¼ x 2″/115 x 53mm, compact enough to fit into a large pocket or small bag.

Powerful light and magnification

The lens itself is made from hard-wearing acrylic and measures 40 x 35mm. At 5 times (5x) magnification, it will enable you to read the words on menus, medicine bottles and food packaging, as well as highlighting other miniature subjects. If there’s not enough ambient light, just flick the switch on the side of the lens to turn on an equally powerful LED light. Uses 3 x AAA batteries (not supplied).
