The FreeStand is a clever, compact, fixed-focus desk magnifier, which always gives you the perfect view. Its rectangular acrylic lens is pre-set to just the right focal distance, bringing words and text into instant sharpness. Measuring around 3¼ x 1 ¾”/86 x 48mm at its widest point, it accurately reflects the left-right, right-left way we read, and enlarges fine print 2.5 times (2.5x) its original size.

Angled view, vision-perfect

Ergonomically designed, with a unique slanting angle, this magnifier makes getting into a comfortable position for reading effortless. No need to hunch up over your work, or strain your neck as you cram over your subject. Simply place it on a flat surface, then scroll up or down to magnify content. Ideal for reading newspapers, looking at spreadsheets, checking coupons plus many low vision needs. Keep the lens clean by wiping it occasionally with the microfibre lens cloth supplied.

Push-button LED, batteries included

With its non-transparent black body, your eyes are naturally directed downwards onto your subject. Four long-lasting LEDs – one in each corner – highlight your content evenly across the lens. To activate the LEDs, simply push down on the lens rim. To prevent them from switching on while travelling, a master on/off switch inside the base prevents them from draining the battery. The battery compartment is located on the underside of the magnifier, and takes two CR2016 batteries (supplied).
